WEEK OF AUGUST 27-31

Color wheels help children see color combinations more clearly.

Making a color wheel can open a child's eyes to color in a way

that simply discussing it won't.

Since cutting practice is essential for hand-eye coordination, manual
dexterity, and even handwriting skills,we will be adding cutting paper to our lessons.

After once again discussing which are primary colors and which are
secondary,we will talk about the color wheel.  We will discuss  which colors are
cool or warm, which colors are opposite each other (complementary),
which are next to each other (analogous), etc.
